Passionate about effective communication, Melinda’s journey over the past 25 years as both a writer and mother has instilled in her a commitment to ensuring that ethics is at the forefront of her communication style. In her current role as Communications Officer with the Gateway Women's Leadership Team, Melinda has not only focused on local content, in 2016 she ventured to Cebu Philippines to work with a remarkable young group of women who lives have been changed since being rescued from the sex slave industry. Melinda will be releasing her first book, Harvest of Hope in early 2018
