In this submission on the Treasury Laws Amendment (News Media and Digital Platforms Mandatory Bargaining Code) Bill 2020, MEAA’s says the major concern with the Code remains its failure to specify that funds generated through the bargaining arrangements must be directed to production of journalistic content.
