On October 3, 2024, MEAA lodged paperwork with the Fair Work Commission, under regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009, seeking the Commission’s certification of alterations to the MEAA rules made by the Federal Council at its recent meeting in Sydney on August 30-31, 2024.
