MEAA letter to AFP Commissioner Andrew Colvin regarding an incident on Anzac Day in Canberra where a journalist from NITV/SBS was told by members of the Australian Federal Police that he was misusing a Commonwealth asset while using camera equipment owned by the network which was being used to legitimately report an event in the public interest.
