MEAA submission to screen content options paper
This submission is made in response to the Supporting Australian stories on our screens – Options Paper of March 2020. MEAA considers the Options Paper is a well-considered exposition of the issues confronting the screen sector with respect to Australian content.
Issues canvassed in MEAA’s submission include streaming services, content standards (including adult drama and children’s content), screen offsets and the impact on the sector of COVID-19.
