Proposed Amendments to MEAA’s Rules, February 2023

MEAA Federal Council considered and approved a range of proposed alterations to the union’s rules at its meeting on 18 February 2023.

Each of the proposed alterations was approved in accordance with MEAA rule 75.

Attached for members’ information are:

1. a statement to the Fair Work Commission signed by the Federal President, Simon Collins.
2. a marked-up copy of the MEAA rules, with proposed alterations in red text and highlighted in yellow.
